Amare agent Jill Toler is committed to helping buyers and sellers confidently and successfully navigate the challenges of the San Jose and South County real estate market. She has a detailed knowledge of Willow Glen, Blossom Valley, Almaden, Morgan Hill, Gilroy and Hollister. Jill finds nothing more rewarding than seeing her clients realize their property dreams.

Jill consistently ranks in the top producing agents in South County. She member of the National, California and Santa Clara County Associations of REALTORS® and is currently serving as President-elect on the board of the South County REALTORS® Alliance after serving as vice president and membership director. Further testament to her client-centered approach, high ethical standards and dedication to service excellence Jill continues learning keeping abreast of issues impacting her clients ability to purchase or sell their home. Her goal is to know the solution before something becomes a problem.

Before entering real estate, Jill earned a bachelor's and master's degrees in business and worked in the semiconductor industry, specializing in demand planning and operations. Jill now draws on the expertise she gained to manage every detail of the purchase or sale, advocate on her clients' behalf and deliver a smooth, satisfying close.

Jill has resided in San Jose and South County most of her life and understands the community and the market. She also appreciates the importance of getting to know her clients and building a trusting relationship. She listens closely, offers honest advice and customizes her approach to each client's unique needs, wants and budget. First-time buyers especially benefit from Jill's personalized care as she thoroughly analyzes real estate trends to find the right home at the right price.
